OC Refresh provides odor removal, pressure washing, window cleaning, and related property services in Orange County, California. All services are performed by trained technicians using professional-grade equipment and products.
All quotes are provided prior to service commencement. Prices may be adjusted if the scope of work differs materially from what was quoted (e.g., significantly larger area, undisclosed odor severity). Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon before work proceeds.
OC Refresh guarantees the results of all odor removal treatments. If a treated odor returns within the warranty period specified at time of service, we will re-treat the affected area at no additional charge, provided: (a) the original odor source has been removed or contained; (b) no new odor sources have been introduced; and (c) the space has been maintained reasonably since treatment.
Customers are responsible for: removing pets, people, and plants from areas receiving ozone treatment for the duration of treatment and the required clearance period; disclosing all known odor sources, health hazards, and relevant property conditions; and ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip/cancellation fee at our discretion.
OC Refresh carries general liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, conditions not disclosed at time of service, or results affected by conditions outside our control.
